The flat can be found at the beginning of the pedestrian street Váci utca, in the very center of the city, 200 m from the bridge of Liberty (Szabadság híd) and the Central Market Hall.
As the flat can be found in the back part of the house, the noise from the pedestrian street will not disturb you at all.
Any monument or popular party place can be found at maximum 15 minutes walk, but the public transport is very comfortable from here also (3 minutes walk: Metro line 3, bus 9, bus 105 - 200 m walk: Metro line 4, 47/49 tramway, 83 trolleybuses, Deák tér is reachable with the 47/49 tramway where you can find all the metro lines). You can also get to the flat at any hour in the night with public transport, but it will also be very cheap if you take a taxi.
The flat has two rooms. In the bedroom, you will find a very comfortable queen size bed. On the photos you can see there is a sofa in the living room, but if you prefer it can be changed to a sofa bed. You can also find a freshly renovated and fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.
The flat has also WIFI connection and cable TV. A washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave are also at your disposal.

O apartamento situa-se no início da rua pedonal Váci utca, no centro da cidade, a 200 m da Ponte da Liberdade (Szabadság híd) e do Mercado Central.
Como o apartamento se encontra na parte de trás da casa, o barulho da rua pedonal não o incomodará de todo.
Qualquer monumento ou local de festa popular pode ser encontrado no máximo a 15 minutos a pé, mas os transportes públicos também são muito confortáveis a partir daqui (3 minutos a pé: Metro linha 3, autocarro 9, autocarro 105 - 200 m a pé: Linha de metro 4, eléctrico 47/49, 83 tróleis, Deák tér é acessível com o eléctrico 47/49, onde se encontram todas as linhas de metro). Também pode chegar ao apartamento a qualquer hora da noite com os transportes públicos, mas também será muito barato se apanhar um táxi.
O apartamento tem duas divisões. No quarto, encontrará uma cama queen size muito confortável. Nas fotos pode ver que há um sofá na sala de estar, mas se preferir pode ser mudado para um sofá-cama. Também pode encontrar uma cozinha recentemente renovada e totalmente equipada e uma bela casa de banho.
O apartamento tem também ligação WIFI e televisão por cabo. Uma máquina de lavar roupa, uma máquina de lavar louça e um microondas também estão à sua disposição.

I have grown up in Budapest, so this city is really under my skin and I would be glad to help you out with any kind of tips you might need during your stay. I have always been in a multicultural environment because of my family, my studies and therefor my work: I especially love everything which is connected to cinema. Besides Hungarian, I speak Spanish, French and English. You will have complete freedom and independency staying at my place although you can contact me with any trouble/question you may have. Clara es muy atenta como anfitriona, he podido contar con su ayuda durante toda mi estancia. El piso es perfecto para pasar unos meses en Budapest, buena ubicación, internet perfecto para trabajar, calefacción, tiendas cerca y todas las comodidades que alguien puede necesitar, ademas el piso es muy amplio y cómodo. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse con ella. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, sin duda contactare de nuevo con ella.

Es un barrio con mucho movimiento por el día y tranquilo por la noche, al estar tan cerca del centro de la ciudad puedes ir caminando a todos lados, sin la molestia de tener todos los turistas a tu alrededor. En general es un barrio tranquilo, con más vida el fin de semana, ya que el mercado esta al lado y al final estas en el centro de la ciudad. Muy seguro, igual que el edificio. El transporte publico esta muy muy cerca y la combinación es perfecta para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

Very nice, quiet, comfortable apartment. It has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect, a popular area, yet very quiet and safe, you can find everything in a walking distance. I had such a wonderful stay here. Clara and her whole family were lovely, kind hosts. Clara was spectacular with communication, and was patient if ever I had any questions or needed help. The place itself is amazing -- you don't realize from the pictures how high the ceilings are, and how palatial it feels! And the locatoin could not have been better. It was easy for me to get anywhere I needed to go: there were things to discover and explore in every direction, and access to public transportation was super close (not to mention many Bolt taxis around at all hours). There's really nothing I could name that wasn't wonderful. And did I mention there are PLANTS. Loved them, watered them, was so happy to share the space with them. That felt like such a unique addition that you don't usually get to have. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I come to Budapest, if at all possible. Thank you so much, Clara. :)

The neighborhood is extremely safe. I became a fan of gonig on walks around 20:00 and was never disappointed. You really can't take a bad turn -- everywhere is so beautiful, well-lit, and there are generally always people around (but not too much, though I did have the pleasure of being here for the shoulder season). You can take your pick of restaurants and cafes that cater to everyone, including utterly numerous options for vegans and those who are gluten- and/or lactose-free. In an entire month, I didn't manage to get to everything.

Quite literally at the back of the same building you reside in, there is Double Shot cafe, which was frequented often. The coffee is really good, the food is really good, the staff were always really cool and, despite seeming to have a constant influx of people, never gave off any "I'm so jaded from all the tourists" vibe (which I couldn't blame them for, if they did). Really loved having this place so close.
Also, having grown up in California and had Mexican food as a comfort -- and being able to find essentially none in the UK -- I was pleased to find Hugo's just around the corner. A little bit on the pricier side, but was always good. We never made a reservation, but barely got away with it each time -- they are always very busy!
Lastly, Mantra coffee just around the corner was excellent, as well. They were always kind to me (as I also was with them), and I came here regularly to buy some of their specialty beans and have them ground for a cafetiere/French press.

It is my gold standard in rentals. Clara and her mom respond quickly to any questions one may have, take care of whatever small issues may arise and are very friendly and caring in every interaction. No entanto, só deve fazê-lo em situações excepcionais, dado que quanto o proprietário aceita a sua reserva, a propriedade deixa de estar disponível e pode levar à perda da oportunidade de arrendar a propriedade a outra pessoa.

Contrato on-line no seu idioma. A base é um contrato concluído no idioma do lugar do arrendamento, mas o contrato é sempre traduzido para inglês e outros idiomas mais usados. O acordo é sempre assinado online, para que possa concluí-lo em qualquer parte do mundo.

Garantia de uma apresentação de confiança do apartamento. Com a Flatio, pode ter a certeza de que o apartamento será exatamente como apresentado. Prolongue a sua estadia com facilidade. Quer ficar mais tempo no apartamento? Sem problema. Se o proprietário confirmar que o apartamento está disponível, pode prolongar o contrato online. Da mesma forma, um contrato pode ser rescindido com um simples aviso de 30 dias, mais uma vez, online.

Preço tudo incluído. A renda inclui todos os serviços, incluindo utilidades e Wi-Fi, e não é cobrada a menos que exceda 15 % da renda. Isto poupa-lhe muita burocracia no momento da entrega do apartamento. Se um alojamento não oferecer Wi-Fi, isso é claramente indicado na página da listagem.

Renda
Se cancelar a sua reserva 30 dias ou mais antes da data de mudança, receberá um reembolso da totalidade da primeira renda.
Se cancelar a sua reserva até 14 dias antes da data de mudança, receberá um reembolso de metade da primeira renda.
Se cancelar a sua reserva menos de 13 dias antes da data de mudança, não obterá o reembolso da primeira renda.
Taxa de serviço
A taxa de serviço é sempre reembolsável.
Se enviar uma mensagem para o Apoio ao Cliente da Flatio pedindo o cancelamento da reserva (“rescisão desde o início”) até 48 horas após o contrato de arrendamento ficar concluído, tem direito a um reembolso integral da taxa de serviço que pagou.
Após 48 horas, tem direito a um reembolso da taxa de serviço na forma de “voucher” de valor igual à taxa de serviço que pagou. Este voucher pode ser usado na sua próxima reserva e é válido por um período de 12 meses. No caso da taxa de serviço da sua próxima reserva ser inferior ao valor do voucher, emitiremos um novo voucher com o valor da diferença, válido por 12 meses.

Clara es muy atenta como anfitriona, he podido contar con su ayuda durante toda mi estancia. El piso es perfecto para pasar unos meses en Budapest, buena ubicación, internet perfecto para trabajar, calefacción, tiendas cerca y todas las comodidades que alguien puede necesitar, ademas el piso es muy amplio y cómodo. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse con ella. Si tengo la oportunidad de volver, sin duda contactare de nuevo con ella.

Es un barrio con mucho movimiento por el día y tranquilo por la noche, al estar tan cerca del centro de la ciudad puedes ir caminando a todos lados, sin la molestia de tener todos los turistas a tu alrededor. En general es un barrio tranquilo, con más vida el fin de semana, ya que el mercado esta al lado y al final estas en el centro de la ciudad. Muy seguro, igual que el edificio. El transporte publico esta muy muy cerca y la combinación es perfecta para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad.

Hay un restaurante de Langos justo al lado, cafeterías buenas y baratas alrededor, ademas del mercado y el Aldi donde poder realizar tus compras si lo necesitas. Pasear por el puente cruzando a Buda hay muchas más cafeterías y restaurantes con ambiente juvenil. Además de poder pasear por la Citadela. Con parques y montaña para desconectar de la ciudad.

I had such a wonderful stay here. Clara and her whole family were lovely, kind hosts. Clara was spectacular with communication, and was patient if ever I had any questions or needed help. The place itself is amazing -- you don't realize from the pictures how high the ceilings are, and how palatial it feels! And the locatoin could not have been better. It was easy for me to get anywhere I needed to go: there were things to discover and explore in every direction, and access to public transportation was super close (not to mention many Bolt taxis around at all hours). There's really nothing I could name that wasn't wonderful. And did I mention there are PLANTS. Loved them, watered them, was so happy to share the space with them. That felt like such a unique addition that you don't usually get to have. Will absolutely stay here again the next time I come to Budapest, if at all possible. Thank you so much, Clara. :)

You really can't take a bad turn -- everywhere is so beautiful, well-lit, and there are generally always people around (but not too much, though I did have the pleasure of being here for the shoulder season). You can take your pick of restaurants and cafes that cater to everyone, including utterly numerous options for vegans and those who are gluten- and/or lactose-free. In an entire month, I didn't manage to get to everything.

Also, having grown up in California and had Mexican food as a comfort -- and being able to find essentially none in the UK -- I was pleased to find Hugo's just around the corner. A little bit on the pricier side, but was always good. We never made a reservation, but barely got away with it each time -- they are always very busy!
Lastly, Mantra coffee just around the corner was excellent, as well. They were always kind to me (as I also was with them), and I came here regularly to buy some of their specialty beans and have them ground for a cafetiere/French press.

This was my second time of staying in Clara's wonderful apartment. I always enjoy the spaciousness, the furnishings, the well-stocked large kitchen and finally, the central location of her place. It is my gold standard in rentals. Clara and her mom respond quickly to any questions one may have, take care of whatever small issues may arise and are very friendly and caring in every interaction. I absolutely love staying there and hope that I can return soon!

Always love shopping in the Central Market. Love the small hole-in-the-wall Asian fast food place called Hey Bao on Vamhaz street, and made several treks to one of my favorite restaurants called Becsi Szelet on Ulloi ut for great Hungarian food, only one tram stop and a 5-minute walk away from Clara's apartment.
This was my second time of staying in Clara's wonderful apartment. I always enjoy the spaciousness, the furnishings, the well-stocked large kitchen and finally, the central location of her place. It is my gold standard in rentals. Clara and her mom respond quickly to any questions one may have, take care of whatever small issues may arise and are very friendly and caring in every interaction. I absolutely love staying there and hope that I can return soon!

The flat looks exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is located in the very center of the city and is equipped with everything that you need for an extended stay, like cooking appliances, washing machine, etc. The landlord was super nice and very easy to communicate with and they were available whenever we had any issues or requests. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and we will try to rebook it the next time we are in need for an apartment for an extended stay!

It is extremely well situated, within 5mn away from transports and supermarkets, 15mn away from BME, in the most reputed street of Budapest. It is equiped with absolutely everything to live during several months.
Clara is really helpful before and during the stay as she is not far away. She explains everything, even how flatio works.
We stayed in the flat during 5 months and were very happy in it.
Recommend it 100%, it is hard to find better.

Also liked the Asian hole-in-the-wall small restaurant called Hey Bao at Vamhaz korut, cheap, fast and pretty tasty. There are several great gyro places on the same street at Calvin ter that are decent.
