This stay was my second several-week rental at this apartment. I returned because I like the apartment - it's comfortable and quiet. And Milena is an attentive and responsive host.

The apartment is great, it has everything one might need for both a short or long stay. The location is also very good, with trams that get to the city centre in less than 20 mins. I highly recommend this flat!

Flat is perfect !

Perfectly located (several tram stop very close), shops are really close, nice parks in the neighbourhood.

The flat is nice, well furnished, with everything you need to feel home (a desk to work, lots of kitchen furnitures), and even a small balcony.

I absolutely LOVED my 3 months there !

Milena was friendly and helpful and the apartment was very clean, exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything needed, it is quiet and modern. It was a nice stay.

Except for the evenings when there are football matches going on, it is a very quiet neighborhood. The surrounding streets are lovely, and you can easily find shops, bakeries and cafes.

The FLAT cafe is nice for brunch, while Anthony's Bakery (Antonínovo pekařství) is also very good.

Property is really well maintained, very clean and in top condition. In addition, it is equipped with everything you will ever need - from iron, through every possible kitchen appliances and other equipment to an abundant set of cozy duvets and blankets. All fresh and nice. If you'd like to do some work from home there's a suitable desk provided with a chair. Place itself is spacious, sunny and comfortable. I would happily return!

This is probably one of the best locations you can get to live in Prague. It's peaceful but close to the city center. Connected with various means of transport (train,tram,bus) that go towards major directions. You'll love it.

Vinohrady is just a walk from there, but Vrsovice are super nice too - plenty of restaurants and cafes all around. Then you have famous Grebovka park very close too. I'd love to live there permanently.

Milena was a lovely host, and her apartment was very comfortable for my five-week stay in Prague. I enjoyed the small balcony, cooked a couple of meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and slept well in the large bed. I really appreciated the fact that it was a true one-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen/living and sleeping spaces—I can't sleep in my kitchen! I didn't need to contact Milena during my stay, but when I reached out at the end to arrange the return of the keys, she responded immediately. Both of our in-person interactions, at the start and end of my stay, were friendly and efficient—I was moved in in about ten minutes, and out in five.

The apartment is two minutes from the Bohemians tram stop and four minutes from Vršovické náměstí, so it's very well located for access to the city center. The neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the apartment isn't the most vibrant in Prague, but a five-minute walk up the hill will get you to the more lively part of Vršovice where it borders Vinohrady.

Antonínovo pekařství on Vršovické náměstí makes my favorite koláče in Prague—not overly sweet (I'm looking at you, Kus Koláče!), with delicious house-made fillings. You can't go wrong with the mixed koláč; the povidla (spiced & lightly spiked plum preserve) is particularly delicious.

Le Caveau Boulangerie on Krymská is a great place for artisanal breads—their vidensky loaf is hearty and delicious.

A bit lower on Krymská, Galerie Piva is a good place to get beer from one of the country's many craft breweries, either in the fridge or from the tap, which features four different styles on a rotating basis.

Kino Pilotu on Donská is a cool old cinema with an eclectic program that often include films in English or with English subtitles.

I recommend the Anthony’s bakery. the staff speaks English and everything is very good. I recommend also the Café Sladkovský, for the same reasons. It’s our favourite place to eat
