Located moments away from the 800-year-old Lisbon Cathedral and the iconic Castle of St. George this hip flat is set in the heart of the old town and walking distance to two undergrounds stations as well as the notorious #28 streetcar that climbs the hills of Lisbon in a classic fashion. The neighbourhood is known as "Alfama" where you will find "Terreiro do Paço" - one of Europe's largest squares from where the Portuguese sailors set ship centuries ago.
One of the best things about this area is that you can walk pretty much everywhere! In any case, there are a lot of options with regards to public transport. A 5-minute walk will get you to "Rossio" from where you can catch the train to a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the village of "Sintra". A longer walk (about 15m) will get you to "Cais do Sodré" from where you can get to several beaches in a heartbeat. If it's nightlife you're looking for then "Bairro Alto" is also a small walk away!
The apartment has cable TV, wireless high-speed internet and also heaters and fans!

There are plenty of mini-markets around where you can do your food shopping in case you want to cook at home. There are also some fantastic specialized wine shops in case you want to try the finest Portuguese wines.

You can use the taxi service or Uber takes about 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment and on average has a cost of € 15.
By public transportation, take the red line to Alameda, change to the green line to Martim Moniz and take Tram 28 that stops exactly on the street where the apartment is.

Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.
As a welcoming gift, you'll be presented with fresh fruit and one of our famous Portuguese wines.
Please note that this flat is door to door to another flat that we own and it is perfect to host groups of up to 8 pax. If both are available at the same time it will be a pleasure to host you all!

No entanto, se o proprietário já aprovou o pedido de reserva apenas o apoio ao cliente da Flatio pode cancelá-lo na janela de 24 horas após a aprovação. Após este período, o pedido de reserva também pode ser cancelado pelo senhorio.
A reserva está aprovada e o contrato validado? Para cancelar a sua reserva GRATUITAMENTE, entre em contacto com o apoio ao cliente Flatio com a máxima antecedência face à data de início do contrato (o tempo específico depende da política de cancelamento).
