The Courts of the Plaza de Castilla and the Family Courts are 10 and 5 minutes away on foot, respectively, to the north.
The Hospital City of La Paz is 5 min by car, the Hospisuch Ramón y Cajal is a little later, 10 min. There is direct communication by bus from Bravo Murillo street.
HOW TO MOVE
Communications:- BUS.- More than 10 EMT bus lines pass through Sor Angela de la Cruz, Castellana and Bravo Murillo, connecting with the four cardinal points of the city. Also the night bus, which runs when the metro closes, passes a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- METRO.- There are 2 Metro stations very close:- Tetuan (Line 1), is the closest and connects with the historic center. Any of the exits will take you directly to Infanta Mercedes 61 which is on the corner with Sor Angela de la Cruz.- Cuzco (Line 10) is a 3-minute walk away, you will walk along Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz.
- EXCHANGER.- The Plaza de Castilla Interchange, which is 7/8 minutes walk from the apartment, connects the intercity bus lines that access Madrid through the Burgos A-1 road and the M-607 Colmenar road, Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 and several EMT bus lines. It also has a rotating public car park with 400 spaces.
- TRAIN.- Chamartín Station is 1.9 km (3 Metro stops) or walking about 20/25 min. It offers both commuter train service to the north of Madrid as well as long distance services. It has a shopping center, gym, restaurants and car rental offices.
TO CONSIDER:-The check-in after 8:00 p.m. carries a supplement of €25.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.- Smoking is not allowed in the whole building.
- Please do not make noise after 10pm.
- In the home it is forbidden to have parties, celebrate events, drink excess alcohol, use drugs, play loud music, throw things out the windows, yell on the stairs or in the hall and any improper behavior that may be annoying. The owner reserves the right to call the police in case of scandal and complaint from neighbors.
- The total or partial sublease of this property is totally prohibited.
- Inside the building and the apartment, filming and audiovisual productions of any kind and dissemination are prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.
- The guest will be responsible for the electricity consumption through the proportional payment of the bills for the duration of the reservation.
- When you arrive at the accommodation you must pay a deposit of € 1,000 by credit card, it will be refunded upon departure in the same medium, before 14 days of your checkout date.
- Do not throw objects, cotton, compresses, wipes, etc. to the toilet. Any traffic jam due to misuse will be paid by the guest.
- For hygiene, take out the garbage every night in a closed bag to the community container, except on Sundays. In addition, there is a garbage room in basement 2 open 24 hours.
- Please use the extractor when cooking and keep the filters clean to avoid bad odors (they can be put in the dishwasher).

A melhor gastronomia da cidade: Muito perto estão El Asador Donostiarra, Mesón Txistu, Casa Juan (qualquer um dos três muito frequentado por futebolistas), La Maquina está mesmo em frente (conhecido pelo seu menu de berçário e alta cozinha asturiana), La Cantina (do mesmo proprietário de La Maquina, é mais como uma taberna, embora no fundo também haja um restaurante com especialidades deliciosas que não pode perder), Portobello (cozinha do mar) fica a cerca de 3 minutos a pé, Taberna Ocafú (cozinha galega, destaca-se a sua famosa omelete de Betanzos), a cerca de 5/6 minutos a pé, o Restaurante Cabo do Mondo é ótimo (pergunte por Soraya e diga que vai para o nosso lado, certamente terão atenção consigo. Tem salas privadas no andar de baixo). A zona tem também numerosos restaurantes asiáticos e latinos ou esplanadas e bares para tomar um delicioso aperitivo.
Cultura: Numa caminhada de 7/10 minutos, pode visitar o Parque e a Fundação do Canal, que tem exposições impressionantes, ciclos de música e teatro. Antes de chegar, pare no famoso Obelisco dourado de Santiago Calatrava para tirar uma foto típica entre as inclinadas Torres Kío e as Cuatro Torres ao fundo.
Compras: É uma área ideal para as suas compras ... A 7/8 minutos a pé está o Centro Comercial Castellana 200 com Media Markt, HM, SuperDry, Movistar, Bimba e Lola ... A cerca de 15 minutos a pé encontra-se a zona comercial Orense-Azca, com mais de 50 empresas de moda nacionais e internacionais e com o maior El Corte Inglés da cidade distribuído por 4 edifícios.
Feiras e Congressos: Também a cerca de 15 minutos a pé, a sul, encontra-se o Palácio de Congressos (com o seu famoso mural de Joan Miró). Os autocarros IFEMA chegam a 5 minutos a pé do nosso edifício, perto do hotel Meliá Castilla.
Desporto: Estamos a 10/15 minutos a pé do estádio Santiago Bernabéu, templo do Real Madrid Futebol Clube, com o seu Museu (o segundo mais visitado de Espanha) e o seu Centro Comercial onde se destaca a Loja Oficial da equipa.
Os Tribunais da Plaza de Castilla e os Tribunais de Família encontram-se a 10 e 5 minutos a pé, respetivamente, a norte.
O Hospital da Cidade de La Paz fica a 5 minutos de carro, o Hospital Ramón y Cajal fica um pouco mais tarde, a 10 minutos. Existe uma comunicação direta por autocarro a partir da rua Bravo Murillo.
COMO SE DESLOCAR
Comunicações:- AUTOCARRO - Mais de 10 linhas de autocarros EMT passam por Sor Angela de la Cruz, Castellana e Bravo Murillo, fazendo a ligação com os quatro pontos cardeais da cidade. Também o autocarro noturno, que funciona quando o metro fecha, passa a 5 minutos a pé do apartamento.
- METRO - Existem 2 estações de metro muito próximas:- Tetuan (Linha 1), é a mais próxima e faz a ligação com o centro histórico. Qualquer uma das saídas o levará diretamente à Infanta Mercedes 61, que fica na esquina com Sor Angela de la Cruz.- Cuzco (Linha 10) fica a 3 minutos a pé, percorrendo a Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz.
- INTERCÂMBIO - O Intercâmbio da Plaza de Castilla, situado a 7/8 minutos a pé do apartamento, liga as linhas de autocarros interurbanos que acedem a Madrid através da estrada Burgos A-1 e da estrada M-607 Colmenar, as linhas de metro 1, 9 e 10 e várias linhas de autocarros EMT. Dispõe também de um parque de estacionamento público rotativo com 400 lugares.
- COMBOIO - A estação de Chamartín fica a 1,9 km (3 paragens de metro) ou a pé cerca de 20/25 minutos. Oferece serviços de comboios pendulares para o norte de Madrid, bem como serviços de longa distância. Tem um centro comercial, ginásio, restaurantes e agências de aluguer de automóveis.

O proprietário reserva-se o direito de chamar a polícia em caso de escândalo e reclamação dos vizinhos.
- O subarrendamento total ou parcial deste imóvel é totalmente proibido.
- No interior do edifício e do apartamento, são proibidas as filmagens e produções audiovisuais de qualquer género e a sua divulgação sem a autorização expressa e por escrito do proprietário.
- O hóspede será responsável pelo consumo de eletricidade através do pagamento proporcional das facturas durante o período da reserva.
- Não atirar objectos, algodão, compressas, toalhetes, etc. para a casa de banho. Qualquer engarrafamento devido ao mau uso será pago pelo hóspede.
- Para a higiene, levar o lixo todas as noites num saco fechado para o contentor comunitário, exceto aos domingos. Além disso, existe uma sala de lixo na cave 2 aberta 24 horas.
- Por favor, utilize o exaustor quando cozinhar e mantenha os filtros limpos para evitar maus cheiros (podem ser colocados na máquina de lavar loiça).
