About the area.
About town
The town has a happy, fun atmosphere and appeals to both young and old visitors. There are an abundance of shops and boutiques, and the best place to head is the main pedestrian street of Calle San Miguel, where shops line up to sell you goods of all kinds.
The town is also awash with colour in the summer, with over a thousand species of trees and flowers being planted in and around the towns streets, plazas and parks.
The old fishing district of El Bajondillo is found at the end of Calle San Miguel, at the bottom of a steep flight of stairs, here you will find some excellent seafood restaurants, souvenir shops and at the bottom is the beach of El Bajondillo.
The seafront promenade of Torremolinos stretches all the way to Benalmadena Marina and makes for a pleasant evening stroll, where you pass the old fishing village of La Carihuela.
Beaches
Torremolinos boasts six beaches within its municipality, and all have golden, clean sands and lots of facilities, including restaurants and water sports. The 7-kilometre promenade that backs the beaches is perfect for an evening stroll taking you through the quaint fishing village of La Carihuela on to the marina at Benalmadena.
Important information.
Pets, as much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. If we do accept your pet, there may be an additional cost. This can be paid on arrival.
No Parties. You are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings, but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbours.
Security deposit. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. The deposit will be returned in the same way as it was paid.
Check-out is at latest 11AM. Late check out may be possible, depending on availability Fees may apply.
There is no specific parking for the property. However, there is plenty of both free and paid parking in the area. In busy periods, availability can be limited.

A cidade tem uma atmosfera alegre e divertida e atrai tanto os visitantes jovens como os mais velhos. Há uma abundância de lojas e boutiques, e o melhor lugar para se dirigir é a principal rua pedonal, a Calle San Miguel, onde as lojas se alinham para lhe vender produtos de todos os tipos.
A cidade também se enche de cor no verão, com mais de mil espécies de árvores e flores plantadas nas ruas, praças e parques da cidade.
O antigo bairro piscatório de El Bajondillo encontra-se no final da Calle San Miguel, ao fundo de uma escadaria íngreme, onde encontrará alguns excelentes restaurantes de marisco, lojas de recordações e, ao fundo, a praia de El Bajondillo.
O passeio marítimo de Torremolinos estende-se até à Marina de Benalmadena e proporciona um agradável passeio noturno, onde se passa pela antiga aldeia piscatória de La Carihuela.
As praias
Torremolinos possui seis praias no seu município e todas têm areias douradas e limpas e muitas instalações, incluindo restaurantes e desportos aquáticos. O passeio marítimo de 7 quilómetros que ladeia as praias é perfeito para um passeio noturno que o leva através da pitoresca aldeia piscatória de La Carihuela até à marina de Benalmadena.
Informações importantes.
Animais de estimação, por muito que gostemos de animais de estimação, precisamos de saber que tipo de animal de estimação está a planear viajar antes de podermos aceitar os seus desejos. Se aceitarmos o seu animal de estimação, poderá haver um custo adicional. Este pode ser pago à chegada.
Não há festas. É claro que é permitido tocar música durante o dia e à noite, mas deve ser a um nível que não perturbe nenhum dos vizinhos.
Depósito de segurança. Queremos devolver o depósito e, se respeitar as regras, não haverá problemas. O depósito será devolvido da mesma forma que foi pago.
O check-out é efectuado o mais tardar às 11 horas. O check-out tardio pode ser possível, dependendo da disponibilidade.
