My apartment has been renovated in 2023 and is a spacious, bright, comfortable space with all the comforts to work remotely, with its 500mb wifi, close to the sea or enjoy a stay in Valencia feeling at home.
The apartment has a large open concept kitchen, with a large central island with enough space to accommodate 4 people and has everything you need to enjoy cooking a meal in the apartment: kitchenware, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toaster are provided.
The kitchen opens onto a cozy and bright living room, where there is a comfortable sofa, some side tables and a Smart TV. This area is next to a nice balcony with views of a park and where you will find a table with 2 chairs perfect for having a coffee or a glass of wine enjoying the outdoors.
In this area there is also a desk and a chair, a perfect space if you have to work remotely, since the high-speed fiber Wi-Fi is perfect to stay connected without problems.
In front of the sofa we find an open room, with a comfortable 1.50cm bed and a large closet with enough space to store all the belongings. From the bed you can also watch TV and it is a perfect space to rest after a long day discovering the city.
In this area there is also the spacious complete bathroom, with a large shower and in which you will also find gel, shampoo, hairdryer and towels.
On the other side of the kitchen there is a single room, this one does have a door if you want more privacy, and a comfortable 90cm bed, with a coat rack to hang your clothes.
The high-speed WiFi Internet connection will make it possible to remain connected or work remotely, if necessary.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit (hot & cold split).

- No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples.
- As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times.
- In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform
- Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request.
- Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between 23:00-09:00, will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time.
- The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.
- Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night.
- Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may apply (by the extra hour).
- Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment.
- It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage.
- If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment.
- Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay.
- You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.
Recentemente renovada em 2023, a nossa elegante casa fica a uma curta caminhada de 5 minutos da Praia de Las Arenas. Os transportes públicos ligam-no ao centro da cidade, mas tenha em atenção que se encontra no primeiro andar sem elevador.
Perfeito para casais, famílias pequenas ou nómadas remotos, está rodeado por excelentes restaurantes no moderno bairro à beira-mar de Valência. Desfrute de uma ligação Wi-Fi de 500Mb extremamente rápida.
O meu apartamento foi renovado em 2023 e é um espaço espaçoso, luminoso e confortável com todos os confortos para trabalhar remotamente, com o seu wifi de 500mb, perto do mar ou desfrutar de uma estadia em Valência sentindo-se em casa.
O apartamento tem uma grande cozinha de conceito aberto, com uma grande ilha central com espaço suficiente para acomodar 4 pessoas e tem tudo o que precisa para desfrutar de cozinhar uma refeição no apartamento: utensílios de cozinha, placa eléctrica, máquina de lavar louça, micro-ondas, forno, frigorífico, congelador, máquina de café Nespresso, chaleira, espremedor de sumos e torradeira são fornecidos.
A cozinha abre-se para uma sala de estar acolhedora e luminosa, onde há um sofá confortável, algumas mesas de apoio e uma Smart TV. Esta área fica ao lado de uma agradável varanda com vista para um parque e onde encontrará uma mesa com 2 cadeiras, perfeita para tomar um café ou um copo de vinho a desfrutar do ar livre.
Nesta área há também uma secretária e uma cadeira, um espaço perfeito se tiver de trabalhar remotamente, uma vez que o Wi-Fi de fibra de alta velocidade é perfeito para se manter ligado sem problemas.
Em frente ao sofá encontramos um quarto aberto, com uma confortável cama de 1,50cm e um grande armário com espaço suficiente para guardar todos os pertences. Da cama também se pode ver televisão e é um espaço perfeito para descansar depois de um longo dia a descobrir a cidade.
Nesta zona encontra-se também a espaçosa casa de banho completa, com um grande chuveiro e na qual encontrará também gel, champô, secador de cabelo e toalhas.
Do outro lado da cozinha existe um quarto individual, este tem uma porta se quiser mais privacidade, e uma confortável cama de 90cm, com um bengaleiro para pendurar a sua roupa.
A ligação à Internet Wi-Fi de alta velocidade permite-lhe manter-se ligado ou trabalhar à distância, se necessário.
O apartamento está equipado com uma unidade de ar condicionado (split quente e frio).

- O edifício é o lar de vizinhos amigáveis, principalmente famílias. A fim de garantir uma convivência pacífica, peço-lhe que os respeite, mantendo o volume do ruído a um nível tolerável dentro da casa. O horário de descanso é das 23:00 às 9:00.
- O ruído excessivo e o comportamento antissocial serão penalizados e podem resultar na desocupação imediata da propriedade sem reembolso ou qualquer tipo de compensação, independentemente da hora do dia ou da noite.
- Após a sua partida, a casa deve ser devolvida num estado razoavelmente limpo e arrumado. A cozinha deve ser limpa (especialmente de restos de comida) e o lixo deve ser retirado (há caixotes de reciclagem perto do apartamento). Em caso de incumprimento desta regra, podem ser cobradas taxas de limpeza extra (por hora extra).
- Por favor, desligue o ar condicionado, as luzes e todos os outros aparelhos eléctricos sempre que sair do apartamento.
- É absolutamente proibido guardar bicicletas no apartamento ou nas instalações do edifício.
- Não é permitido fumar no interior do apartamento.
- Não são permitidos animais de estimação.
- Os danos causados ao mobiliário e/ou às instalações serão cobrados num montante equivalente ao valor dos danos.
- Se precisar que eu vá ao apartamento porque deixou as chaves no interior, o custo será de 20€ até às 20:00; 30€ após as 20:00 e 50€ após as 23:00. Se ficou trancado fora de casa e deixou a chave dentro da fechadura, terá de pagar a taxa solicitada para que um serralheiro reabra o apartamento.
- Por favor, certifique-se de que a porta está bem fechada/trancada e que mantém sempre a posse da chave (eletrónica) sempre que sair do apartamento durante a sua estadia.
- Ser-lhe-ão cobrados 50€ para substituir qualquer chave perdida do apartamento.

We can confidently say that this was the worst experience in our lives.
A little background. We paid 2,200 euros per month for an apartment of 90 square meters. The price is high, but the area is also quite large. It turned out that the area was only 60 square meters, to which we were told that they had simply made a mistake. One and a half times? This is not a mistake, it is a lie. This point was extremely important for us, since we have two people working from home, and we needed this space.
Further. At the time of our stay in the apartment, the neighboring one was being renovated. Every day, even on weekends, there was noise from hammers and a drill. Sometimes at 7 am. Once, workers came to us and stayed with us for an hour, since they needed access to the premises from our apartment. Imagine, we could not go to the sea for an hour, because workers from another apartment were repairing something at our place. It is impossible to talk to them, they do not understand English, and we do not understand Spanish. We wrote to the owners that this is unacceptable and we were assured that it will not happen again. This happened regularly, but we did not open the door.
Maybe because of the renovation, or maybe not, but the apartment constantly stank of sewage. Your vacation will be of very dubious quality if you live with a constant toilet smell.
Cockroaches!!! There are many of them in this apartment, a lot of them. Once we woke up with a cockroach sitting on our face!
Towards the end of our stay, the hot water was turned off, a little later the electricity. The last day of our stay was without water, without electricity and dozens of cockroaches.
After this, you forget that the apartment is disgusting anyway. There is no soundproofing (you can hear the neighbors snoring), although there are two bedrooms, one is in common access without walls. And the second one in the room without air conditioning and there is nothing to breathe there, upon arrival we were waiting for a mountain of dirty dishes (probably the previous tenants tried to escape from there as quickly as possible)
We asked for compensation of 300 euros per month (which is more than modest, since we were simultaneously renting another apartment for 400 euros cheaper and it was excellent), but they stopped talking to us.
Well, now, dear owners and flatio, expect a lawsuit. We have all the correspondence, as well as video evidence of the whole nightmare with which we had to live. We also filmed the perfect state of the apartment, in which we left everything and washed all the dishes without hot water and electricity.
I strongly recommend that potential clients of this “housing” change their minds. Even for 60 square meters (I hope they have enough conscience to fix the area) and even after the renovation is completed, even at a reduced price, it is not worth it. This is a scam and we are ready to provide evidence of these words
