The apartment is truly cosy and comfortable, totally able for three people.
Both the apartment and the building look better in real life than in the pictures. - the building is way more modern.

The neighborhood felt very safe and usually it's calm.

The location it's totally perfect, we had everything we needed near by - trams, bus, supermarket, pharmacy, etc

Absolutely a 10/10 experience.
If we had to go back to Prague, we would totally choose this apartment again and again.

This is a great location in Prague. Close to transportation and a quiet, green neighborhood. There are many shops, restaurants and parks nearby. It is approximately 20 minutes from the historic area of Prague.
The pictures of the apartment are accurate. I found it a comfortable environment for 6+ weeks. Having a separate bedroom from the living area is a luxury in Prague!
The landlady was helpful and responsive. I appreciated her attention on the first day to ensuring I was settled and comfortable.

Clean and quiet, yet active. Several parks are close by. Families and dog out and about. Minimal traffic noise in the apartment.
Walking distance to three different supermarkets and metro stations. One block from a bus station that has regular service from early morning until late at night.

Dobré, klidné místo, výborná dostupnost, v okolí řada restaurací, obchodů a parků. Pohodlný byt, dobrá komunikace s majitelkou, vše, jak má být.

Vršovice jsou "opravdovější" než Vinohrady, ale také velmi hezké. Výborné spojení do centra, pěšky se dá snadno dojít do několika parků, na farmářské trhy, do velkého nákupního centra.

The flat is in a very good location and though an old one, is well maintained and very roomy and comfortable. It has all the amenities for 3 people to stay. The bed room is a large one dotted with some lovely paintings. The kitchen is well supported with all amenities to cook for a small family.

The owner Irena is very responsive, understanding and helpful and when we faced some issues, she was timely in her help and resolved it promptly.

Would certainly recomment this flat for a wonderful stay in Prague.

Its a quiet neighbourhood with many block of flats and dotted with parks & greenery. There are many transport options within 10 mins all around. There is a grocery store below the appartment and a Pizza Restaurant also below the appartment. TESCO supermarket and malls are very near by.

Safe and well connected

The apartment is located in beautiful area which is well connected to other parts of Prague (metro, tram). The internet connection is quick and stable, good for studying. The flat has many pictures on walls which are painted by the landlord, it has nice artist feeling. From my side there was no problem contacting the landlord. In case of any repair, the fix was done quickly. I fully recommend Irena as landlord.

Затишна, чиста квартира. Є все необхідне для життя. Функціональна кухня. Єдине, нема телевізору, якщо це важливо. Хороший інтернет.
Ірена - супер господиня, завжди на зв'язку, завжди готова допомогти, дуже приємна в спілкуванні. Дякую їй за гарне перебування.

Недалеко від дому є всі види транспорту: атобуси, трамваї та метро. В домі є невеликий магазин, де можна купити все необхідне. також в 10 хвилинах пішки є торговельний центр Eden з великим Tesco.
Машину ми залишали в критому гаражі за адекватною ціною, приблизно в 10 хвилинах пішки від дому.

Irena and Honza were absolutely lovely and the flat is beautiful and has everything you might need (except a TV, if you need one). There is a nice community garden out back where kids can play. It must be nice in the summer.

The neighborhood is rather posh with lots of big single family homes nearby. You have to walk a little to get to shopping areas, but there is a convenience store on the corner and restaurant down below. There is also a park one block away.

Paní majitelka je velmi milá a přívětivá. Ochotný přístup a snaha vyjít vstříc.

Dobré, klidné místo, výborná dostupnost, v okolí řada restaurací, obchodů a parků. Pohodlný byt, dobrá komunikace s majitelkou, vše, jak má být.

V bytě jsme bydleli tři měsíce. Jde o příjemné bydlení s veškerým potřebným vybavením. Paní majitelka je velmi příjemná, statostlivá a vstřícná. Velká spokojenost, doporučujeme.

Poměrně klidná ulice, hodně zeleně. MHD včetně metra v dochozí vzdálenosti. Obchodní centrum cca 7 min. pěší chůze. Příjemné místo v klidné
a hezké části Prahy, odkud se dá dojít procházkou až do centra města.

Byt je vhodný pro všechny, kteří si chtějí prohlédnout jakékoliv pražské památky.

Překrásný, s citem a velmi vkusně zařízený byt v lokalitě kde to máte všude blízko. Co je třeba vyzdvihnout je naprosto příkladný a lidský přístup majitelky bytu. Což je dnes již vzácnost. Byl jsem tam velmi spokojený a vřele doporučuji.

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Bezchybná komunikace a vstřícnost ze strany majitelky.

Irena has been very helpful whenever there was any problem and helped us out when we needed to terminate the contract earlier than planned.

Byt je slunný s krásnou koupelnou a útulnou kuchyní. Velmi příjemná a ochotná paní majitelka

Byt je příjemný a útulný a díky němu jsme v pohodě zvládli rekonstrukci v našem bytě. Pokud máte rádi širší centrum Prahy, tak neváhejte, Vršovice jsou dneska moc zajímavá čtvrť.

Mrs. Trefilova was very nice person to deal with. She is very caring and happy to help with everything We extended our stay from 4 weeks to almost two months. The flat is located in very nice area of Prague with lots of nice coffee shops, close to metro Flora and good connection to everywhere. Also lots of trees around and green spaces. The flat itself is very nice, big windows, nice kitchen with everything you might need, sofa bed, nice double bed with a good mattress, enough storage. Very comfortable stay and i would strongly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice flat with an old-fashioned touch, renovated and fully furnished and equipped. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, the landlord's paintings adds to the charm of the flat.

We were happy with the flat. The flat matches the description. Everything worked well. The location of the flat is great for our needs - access to public transport and 15 mins to city centre, plenty of playgrounds for our children in vicinity, supermarkets in 5 mins of walk.
